BluBeds provides an online platform through which travelers can search accommodation and make or request reservations with participating accommodation providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the accommodation provider is responsible for delivering the stay and for property-specific services.
2. Property information and pricing
Property descriptions, room information, availability, rates, taxes, fees, amenities, and policies may be supplied or maintained by accommodation partners. Travelers should review the information displayed for the selected room and rate before confirming a booking.
3. Bookings
A booking is subject to availability, the applicable rate conditions, payment requirements, and confirmation. Travelers are responsible for providing accurate guest, contact, and payment-related information where requested.
4. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows
Cancellation, amendment, refund, and no-show rules vary by property and rate plan. The conditions shown during booking and in the booking confirmation apply to the reservation. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for further information.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent reservations, interfere with platform operation, or use BluBeds for unlawful activity.
6. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account. Contact BluBeds promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
7. Service availability
BluBeds aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, third-party systems, connectivity issues, or other events may affect availability.
